The Project
Boracay Ocean Club is a 4-storey hotel building on Boracay Island, Aklan. Beachfront hospitality buildings of this scale demand MEPF systems that deliver uninterrupted guest comfort while operating within the island’s utility and environmental constraints.
The engagement covered the full MEPF design scope for the hotel: air conditioning and ventilation for guest rooms and public areas, electrical distribution and lighting, water supply and drainage, and fire protection systems for hotel occupancy.

Guest room air conditioning, fresh air and exhaust ventilation for public areas and back-of-house, and load calculations tuned to coastal tropical conditions.

Salt-laden coastal air accelerates corrosion of exposed equipment, island power supply demands standby planning, and Boracay’s post-rehabilitation environmental regime places wastewater handling under close scrutiny.
